El antiguo Palacio Episcopal situado en la trasera de la Basílica constituye
otra de las obras emblemáticas del Centro Histórico. Fue construido en los
mismos años que la Basílica, aprovechando los materiales sobrantes del templo.
Desde su restauración en 1982, una parte del edificio acoge la Casa de la
Cultura y la parte más antigua es utilizada por la parroquia para actividades
religiosas.
El Patio del antiguo Palacio Episcopal está integrado actualmente en la
Casa de la Cultura. Es uno de los lugares más acogedores para descansar, con su
elegante pórtico de madera y su jardín. Permanece abierto durante las
actividades de la Casa de la Cultura.

Das Bischofschloss
(Palacio Episcopal) befindet sich hinter der Basilika del Pino und ist eines
der Vorzeigebauwerke der Altstadt. Für seine Errichtung nutzte man die von der
Basilica übrig gebliebenen Bauaterialen. Seit dem Wiederaufbau im Jahre 1982
beherbergt ein Teil des Gebäudes das Kulturhaus mit Ausstellungs- und
Festhalle, während der älteste Teil für religiöse Zwecke genutzt wird.
Der Innenhof des ehemaligen Bischofspalastes ist heutzutage in das
Kulturhaus (Casa de la Cultura )
integriert. Ein eleganter hölzerner Säulengang und der Garten machen ihn zu
einem der einladendsten Orte der Ruhe. Er ist während der Veranstaltungen des
Kulturhauses geöffnet.
