La
Plaza de Sintes está ubicada en los terrenos de la antigua Finca de
Sintes. Es el espacio abierto más amplio del entorno y de más reciente
creación. La Plaza de diseño contemporáneo y funcional conjuga elementos
tradicionales, como la piedra del pavimento, con otros contemporáneos en el
mobiliario. Este espacio público fue ideado para la celebración de grandes
eventos al aire libre junto al Auditorio Municipal, constituyendo un recinto
cultural que amplía el Casco histórico hacia los nuevos tiempos.
La Plaza de Sintes is located in the grounds of the old Sintes
Farm. It is the biggest open space in the area and the most recently created.
This plaza has a contemporary, functional design, which fits in well with more
traditional features, as in the paving stone, and with other contemporary
elements. This great public space was conceived for the purpose of holding big
open air events near the town auditorium, offering a cultural forum which opens
the historic town centre to modern times.
Der
Sintes-Platz befindet sich im ehemaligen Landgut von Sintes. Es ist
der neueste und geräumigste Platz: der funktionelle Stil verbindet
traditionelle Elemente wie die Steinpflasterung und zeitgenössisches Mobiliar.
Dieser Platz wurde für die Abhaltung von großen Veranstaltungen an der freien
Luft gedacht. Neben dem Auditorium stellt dieses Kulturgelände eine Erweiterung
und Modernisierung der Altstadt dar.
